Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED). We make every effort to display products, descriptions, and prices accurately, but errors may occur; we reserve the right to correct them and to update prices at any time.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order (for example, if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred). You will receive an order confirmation by email once your order is accepted.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery. For Cash on Delivery, payment is due in full to the courier on delivery.

Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery is free for orders of 200 AED and above; a flat delivery fee of 25 AED applies to orders below that amount. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable food items, returns are accepted only where a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect on delivery. Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and photos. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

Food Safety & Allergens

Our products may contain or be processed alongside common allergens. Please read product descriptions and labels carefully. If you have allergies, contact us before ordering.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
